If two players gain the same number of points at the end of the league, their position is decided as follows:

    1. The winner of the tie between the two players in question.
    2. If still equal

    3. The average points scored per match.
    4. If still equal

    5. Previous month results.
  1. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that an up to date telephone or other means of contact is made available on www.ashbysquash.co.uk.

  2. Each player must make a reasonable effort to contact other players in the league to arrange games.

  3. If a player is unable to play due to injury, "injured" must be written across the score boxes of the player concerned. All points gained from, and relating to the injured player will be ignored.

  4. If a player is unable to play for reasons other than injury, the challenger may claim 4 points. However, the points can only be claimed after contact with, and with the full awareness of the player that can’t play.

  5. Players that do not play any games over a two-league period, e.g. 12 weeks, will be automatically omitted from the leagues.

  6. Entry into the leagues is strictly by application through the leisure centre reception. Copies of the application form are available from the squash notice board or reception.

  7. Player contact details provided on the league joining application form will be posted on the squash website. Contact details will be protected via a user login but will be available to other members on www.ashbysquash.co.uk. These details will also be held on a computer for the purposes of administering the squash leagues.

  8. All players agree to abide by the rules as stated above, and may be excluded from competing in the leagues if they do not.
